Tatiana Artyushina to Lead RM Rail Ruzkhimmash

RM Rail Ruzkhimmash JSC, a key asset of RM Rail, is now headed by Tatiana Artyushina, who previously served as Acting Managing Director.  

Tatiana Artyushina began her career at the railcar manufacturing plant in 2008 as a Manufacturing Process Technician. She advanced through every stage of her career at the company, initially serving as Deputy Head and subsequently as Head of the Engineering and Process Department at one of its railcar manufacturing sites, before being appointed to lead the Quality Control Department. In 2018, she was appointed Director of Development, and in 2021, Director of Development and Operating Activities. Since 2025, she has been Acting Managing Director of RM Rail Ruzkhimmash.

During her tenure, she has successfully overseen the implementation of several strategically significant projects in quality and development. Based on 2025 results, RM Rail Ruzkhimmash has won the federal Best Large Business Organization in Occupational Health and Safety competition.

Tatiana Artyushina holds a degree in engineering, having graduated from N. P. Ogarev Mordovia State University with a specialization in Mechanical Engineering Technology. She completed a professional development program, MBA – Production System, at Lomonosov Moscow State University.

Tatiana Artyushina's key task as Managing Director of RM Rail Ruzkhimmash is to ensure systematic improvement of operational efficiency through in-depth analysis of current business processes, competent resource management, and optimization of inventory and supply chains, while maintaining consistently high product quality and customer satisfaction levels.
