RM Rail Trading House has shipped a batch of stainless steel equipment to one of the leading chemical manufacturers in Russia. The contract provides for the supply of eight heated units with a capacity of 100 m3 for storing aminoalcohol derivatives. Wall thickness is 16 mm, while the bottom thickness is 19 mm.

Manufacturing equipment for the oil and gas, oil refining, and chemical industries is one of the core business areas of RM Rail. The company’s manufacturing expertise enables it to work with carbon, low-alloy, and corrosion-resistant steel, and to manufacture various modifications of electric dehydrators, separators, and tanks of any complexity, with volumes ranging from 1 to 250 m3. Thanks to its in-house engineering center, RM Rail is able to design and manufacture equipment tailored to individual customer requirements. “Stainless steel units with a maximum capacity of 50 m3 are traditionally used in chemical processing. In 2024, we offered the customer a more efficient solution and supplied the first four units with a capacity of 60 m3, featuring a complex heating system. After successful operation, a batch of eight similar units with a capacity of 100 m3 was ordered. The equipment has been manufactured and is currently being shipped. Despite strong competition in the petrochemical equipment market, our advantage lies in the high quality and prompt manufacturing, as evidenced by our order portfolio and long-term cooperation with most of our customers."
